Travel Makeup Bag | Greece

Greece is finally here! I feel like I have been waiting months to finally take my senior trip with my classmates to Greece. I am so excited. I'm not sure if I'm more excited to pack for my trip or the actual trip. I will be gone for seven days with no phone and a very limited amount of wifi. I'm so excited! It has been so long since I last 'unplugged' from the world and now I get to do that surrounded by my classmates!

Face: I'm assuming hot weather and lots of sun during my time in Greece. I'm not that sure that I will be using a face primer, but just incase I'm bringing a sample size of Smashbox Photofinish Primer. I packed for lightweight makeup because there is nothing worse than melting foundation. Nothing could be more perfect for this trip than Benefit's Big Easy. It is so simple to apply and doesn't require a powder because of its liquid to powder finish. Just incase one day I do feel like I need a little bit of a more matte finish, I'm bringing Rimmel's Stay Matte Translucent powder. Lastly, for those nights that I go out or want to add a little more makeup I'm bringing Make Up Forever Full Coverage concealer and Benefit's Hoola Bronzer. The concealer is not only full coverage, but it also claims it's waterproof. I'm not sure how true that is because how can a face product like that be waterproof? But I'm excited to try it out!

Lips: I'm not a huge lip product person, but when I'm traveling I like to bring everything that I think I might need. I decided to bring a bright lip (MAC Girl about town), a classic red (MAC ruby woo), a neutral, and of course lipbalm.

Eyes and Brows: This was honestly the hardest part of packing my makeup. I have so many different palettes and mascaras to choose from. I was having trouble deciding between the Lorac Pro or my Naked 3. In the end I chose my Lorac pro just because it has a large variety of colors to choose from. I can make almost any look I want with this one palette. I also packed my Naked basics palette solely for the shade Naked 2. It's such a nice brow color that I can just for those days when I want an intense brow. I also packed my Gimme Brow because it's quick and easy to use. I'm also fairly sure it will last longer in the pool or at the beach because it's a liquid formula. For mascaras I went for one waterproof (Clump Crusher) and one for those nights when I really want my eyes to pop! (They're Real). Lastly, I threw in a basic black eyeliner because I wear that daily and it's a serious must for me.

I have a lot of scheduled posts while I'm gone, so keep an eye out for those! I really am so amped for this trip. I hope it works out as a great bonding trip for my senior class and a great way to celebrate us finally graduating!
