I've had ample time to try a few new Pinterest recipes that I've been holding onto for days like this. I find that long study sessions usually involve a lot of junk food. I'm trying very hard to eat healthy while I'm studying because I'll be going to Greece in a little over a month and I don't want my studying to result in an early freshman-15. This is a nice little snack I found that's very easy and quick for those times I'm craving something sweet. It only calls for three common household ingredients so it's easy to choose this over that chocolate bar I've been hoarding in my fridge. All you need is one cut-up banana, cinnamon, and honey. I like to cut my banana into thin slices because it makes me feel like I'm eating more. Then I just drizzle some honey and cinnamon over my slices and stick it in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Feel free to change this a little bit. Next time I think I'll skip the cinnamon because it made my throat hurt after awhile. And ta-daaa you have yourself this delicious gooey treat. This best part is, you feel a lot better after eating this than that chocolate bar you could have had.
